I worked with three others on this team based redesign for a non-profit organization. In the previous design users had trouble navigating to the important parts of the site which were sometimes 2-3 pages deep. We improved the information hierarchy by providing important quick links on the homepage along with an established side panel that features various ways to get involved. My specific roles included initial designs as well as xhtml/css creation.

This is a redesign for the beautiful Washington Park located in Portland, OR. Some attractions in the park include the Portland Japanese Garden, Oregon Zoo, and the Portland Children's Museum. The previous website fell short when it came to conveying imagery from each attraction. I improved the parks online presence by providing an xml+flash slide show along with a clean consistent layout.

This redesign project was a collaborative class assignment. The client wanted to improve there visual appearance but at the same time retain their long lasting history. Some solutions we provided were an interactive map, hdr panoramic images, as well as a searchable plant database. My specific roles included xhtml/css, video production, and sound design.
